Spisestuen på 30 kvm i første etasje ligger ved siden av det åpne kjøkkenet og har et stort bord.
Stuen på 40 kvm i første etasje ligger ved siden av spiseplassen og det åpne kjøkkenet og har 3 sofaer, peis, stereoanlegg, flatskjerm-TV med DVD-spiller og et veldig komplett utvalg av SAT TV-kanaler.
I det tidligere vin- og olivenlageret i første etasje i hovedbygningen er det nå en salongsofa på 180 x 400 cm.

Det 6 kvm åpne kjøkkenet i annekset er et typisk kjøkken i katalansk stil, fullt utstyrt med kjøleskap, fryser, Nespresso kaffemaskin, mikrobølgeovn, komfyr med 4 gassbrennere, oppvaskmaskin og alle nødvendige verktøy for grunnleggende måltider for gjestene som bor i annekset.
